It’s a vinegar based, North Carolina style BBQ sauce with a LOT of garlic. It was originally developed for a garlic festival here in CT but it became so popular we now have it year-round. It’s perfect for pulled meats (a NC style pulled pork sandwich topped with coleslaw in particular) and it’s even good as a marinade.
