Burns At Both Ends is a vinegar based, North Carolina style sauce with plenty of heat. Could we go even hotter? Sure. However, we won’t make a sauce that is hot just for the sake of being hot. We want to ensure flavor. Before you feel the burn, you’ll taste a bit of lime, pineapple, and just a hint of coconut. The heat is supplied by Carolina Reapers with a combination of other peppers thrown in just to vary things up a little bit.
