Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  • One pizza crust
  • Smoky Southern Gold or Spicy Southern Gold 
  • Cheddar or cheddar blend cheese
  • Caramelized onions 
  • Kielbasa
  • Sauerkraut

After par-baking your crust, spread a generous amount of either Smoky Southern or Spicy Southern Gold sauce on your crust. 
Add cheese, kielbasa, sauerkraut (we drain ours and cook in a dark beer), and caramelized onions.  Bake for 4-5 minutes (if you are using a baking steel) or until golden brown.  Drizzle a little bit of the sauce on your pizza before serving.

Chili Dog

Ingredients
  • One pizza crust
  • Smoky Southern Gold or Spicy Southern Gold 
  • Cheddar or cheddar blend cheese
  • Caramelized onions 
  • Chili dog chili sauce (we use canned)
  • Hot dogs

​After par-baking your crust, spread a generous amount of either Smoky Southern or Spicy Southern Gold sauce on your crust. 
Add chili dog chili, cheese, sliced hot dogs, and caramelized onions.  Bake for 4-5 minutes (if you are using a baking steel) or until golden brown.  Drizzle a little bit of the sauce on your pizza before serving.

​Blueberry and Brie

Ingredients
  • One pizza crust
  • Grandpa's Got the Blues 
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Brie cheese
  • ​Feta cheese
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Prosciutto
  • Caramelized onions
After par-baking your crust, spread a generous amount of Grandpa's Got the Blues sauce on your crust.  Add mozzarella, strips of prosciutto, small chunks of brie, onions, fresh blueberries and the feta cheese.  Bake for 4-5 minutes (if you are using a baking steel) or until golden brown.

​Curry Mango

Ingredients
  • One pizza crust
  • Vincent Man-Go 
  • Cheddar & mozzarella cheese
  • Roasted veggies with curry (We like cauliflower and butternut.  Typically, these are leftover from a previous dinner.)
  • Caramelized onions
  • Cilantro (optional)
  • ​Bean Sprouts (optional) 
After par-baking your crust, spread a generous amount of Vincent Man-Go sauce on your crust.  Add cheese, the roasted veggies, and onions.  (If you want to add more of a Thai twist, you can also add cooked chicken strips tossed in a peanut sauce.)  Bake for 4-5 minutes (if you are using a baking steel) or until golden brown.  Once out of the oven, you can drizzle with more sauce and top with cilantro and bean sprouts.

​Barbecue

Ingredients
  • One pizza crust
  • One of our bbq sauces (Sweet & Mild, Warm & Smoky, Spicy Honey Chipotle) 
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cooked chicken, pulled pork or leftover brisket
  • Caramelized onions​
After par-baking your crust, spread a generous amount of one of our BBQ sauces like Sweet & Mild, Warm & Smoky or Spicy Honey Chipotle on your crust.  Add cheese. Toss cooked chicken, pulled pork or leftover brisket in some of the same sauce and add to your pizza. Add  caramelized onions.  Bake for 4-5 minutes (if you are using a baking steel) or until golden brown.  Drizzle a little bit of the sauce on your pizza before serving.

​Black Garlic & Truffle

Ingredients
  • One pizza crust
  • 4 to 6 Cloves of black garlic 
  • 2-4 tablespoons of truffle oil
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Prosciutto
  • Caramelized onions
  • Honey
After par-baking your crust, mash and mix the black garlic with the truffle oil.  Spread the black garlic/truffle oil mixture on the pizza crust. Top with  cheese, prosciutto, and onions and a drizzle of honey.  Bake for 4-5 minutes (if you are using a baking steel) or until golden brown.

​Greek

Ingredients
  • One pizza crust
  • Greek seasoning
  • Olive oil 
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Feta cheese
  • Chicken  sprinkled with Greek seasoning and cooked in a small amount of butter or oil  
  • Thinly sliced red onions
  • Halved cherry tomatoes
  • ​Greek olives (optional)

After par-baking your crust, brush it with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.  Sprinkle with My Big Fat Greek Rub.  Add mozzarella, chicken, feta, onions, tomatoes and olives. Bake for 4-5 minutes (if you are using a baking steel) or until golden brown.

Taco

Ingredients
  • One pizza crust
  • Horny Bull dip 
  • Cheddar or cheddar blend cheese
  • 1/2 lb Ground beef
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Horny Bull rub
  • 1/2 Cup Salsa​
  • Diced onions
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Tomatoes
 Prepare the taco meat by sautéing the diced onions, ground beef, and  Horny Bull rub in a pan.  Once brown, add salsa and mix well.  Remove from heat and set aside.  Prepare the Horny Bull Dip.  After par-baking your crust, smear with Horny Bull Dip. Top with cheese and ground beef. Bake for 4-5 minutes (if you are using a baking steel) or until golden brown. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and additional dollops of the Horny Bull Dip.
