Grandpa's Tzatziki

  • 2 medium cucumber or 1 English cucumber (to make about 1/2 – 3/4 cup grated cucumber after squeezing out juice)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/2 - 1 tbsp My Big Fat Greek Rub and  Seasoning (depends on tastes)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
    ​

  • Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Use a teaspoon to scrape the watery seeds out. Coarsely grate the cucumber using a box grater. Then wrap in paper towels or a tea towel and squeeze to remove excess liquid.
  • Place cucumber in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients then mix to combine. Set aside for at least 20 minutes for the flavors to meld.

My Big Fat Greek Rub and Seasoning Dip


  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp My Big Fat Greek rub and seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • ​Mix well, chill 30 minutes to let flavors set.

 Butter My Butt & Call Me a Biscuit Pork & Poultry Rub and Seasoning Dip


  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp Pork and Poultry rub and seasoning
  • Mix well, chill 30 minutes to let flavors set

 The Horny Bull Beef Rub and Seasoning Dip

       
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Beef Rub and Seasoning
  • Mix well, chill 30 minutes to let flavors set.

  All Purpose Rub and Seasoning Dip

   
  • 2 cups sour cream OR Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Really Frickin' Good All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup finely diced raw or sautéed onions
  • Mix well, chill 30 minutes to let flavors set

Slap My Bass & Call Me Sally Seafood Rub and Seasoning Dip​


  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt OR sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Seafood Rub and Seasoning
  • Mix well, chill 30 minutes to let flavors set.​

Uncle Jerry's "Just Jerk It" Jamaican Jerk Rub & Seasoning  Dip​

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Uncle Jerry's "Just Jerk It" Jamaican Rub & Seasoning
  • Mix well, chill 30 minutes to let flavors set.

Ranch Seasoning, Dip, Spread, and Dressing 

Use these recipes for both Black Garlic Ranch and  Dill Ranch.

  1. ​ For Dressing: Combine 1 Tbsp. seasoning mix with 1/3 cup mayo and 1/3 cup  buttermilk (or milk) and whisk to combine. Chill for a minimum of 30 minutes before using.  (Best if chilled for several hours.)

  2. For Dip: Combine 1 Tbsp. seasoning mix with 1/3 cup mayo and 1/3 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt and whisk to combine. Chill for a minimum of 30 minutes before using.  (Best if chilled for several hours.)

  3. For Spread: Combine 1 brick softened cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of seasoning mix.  Chill for 60 min. (Best if chilled for several hours.)

  4. For Seasoning: Sprinkle on liberally wherever you want extra flavor; i.e., chicken wings, popcorn, steamed vegetables, etc.​

Cranberry Maple Mayo Spread

Mix 2/3 cup Cranberry Maple sauce with 1/3 cup of mayo

Cranberry Maple Cream Cheese  Spread
  • 1 Brick of softened cream cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 Cup of Cranberry Maple Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of craisins, chopped
  • Whip all ingredients together with a hand or stand mixer.  Chill for at least two hours. (For the best flavor, chill overnight.)​
Mom's Apple Pie Cream Cheese  Spread

Combined 1 brick of softened cream cheese with 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Mom's Apple Pie seasoning.  Chill for at least two hours.  (For the best flavor, chill overnight.)
